duct tape your mouth shut or duct tape your wallet shut so you dont buy anymore food

Drink lots and lots of water it fills you up

More water, eat smaller more offten. 5 meals instead of 3 with much smaller portions. Worked for me

Raise the prices on what you eat.

go out somewhere where there is no food. .. when im bored, i eat.. so do stuff :) and drink alot of water and stuff too coz alot of people eat when theyre actually thirsty not hungry. When you go to the kitchen, pick up something you dont like and take a bite, it will put you off :)

Whenever you feel the urge to overeat, exercise to get your mind off it. In other words, sweat off your desires. It works for me.
