The workers treat us like it's terrible that they have to help us. I sent an urgent letter 3 weeks ago with return receipt and they never got it. They could do a better job with being sure mail is delivered on time. The waiting times are horrible. I walk into mine and they have 4 lines and only one is ever open even if there is 10 people in line. I will see the other workers standing around talking. I hate going to the post office because as I said the employees act like it is a chore to help us. They don't care that we pay their salary.

    Waiting times in line.

Too many times, there are long lines and not enough clerks to handle all of the customers waiting.
