Headhunter/recruiter/employment agency. Find a company looking for a special field - technical, engineering or management, say. Find the people. Send the resumes and take a % of their first year salary, or 1099 it to the person and take your cut off the hourly bill rate. You'll make 1000 calls before you place someone and if done right it requires cold visits and hand holding. Really, you can do just about any job at home. It takes a little business knowledge and alot of initiative and drive. If you are looking for a lazy self employed job, then I promise you are going to fail.
