If I still ate meat I would! I used to love sausage with maple syrup, so they mix with sugar really nice. Now I'm going to be wondering! Wait a minute! Was this a gross joke-type question??? Grrrrrrrr

No thank you... I don't like chocolate sauce with my steak, syrup on my bacon or sausage so I doubt a combination of the two would do anything for me! Yuk!

No but they sell chocolate covered bacon and that sounds better, it's called sweet and savory, that's the style of cooking. The sausages might be a little too greasy to mix with the richness of the chocolate. It also depends what's in the saugage.....and how thick it is. But I would try it. I ate chocolate covered hot chili peppers that was pretty good, as a novelty.
