Help answer this question below.
Fresh fruit, boiled eggs, wholemeal bread (toast soldiers to dip in the boiled eggs), fruit juice, cheese (for healthy bones and teeth), muesli if they are old enough to it eat safely.
Try to avoid sugary cereals like Froot Loops, and baked pastry goods, such as Pop Tarts, etc. These are good for an occasional treat, but not every day.
Oatmeal! that is simple and the best
I like to give mine a hearty breakfast with the works. Bacon, eggs, grits, biscuits, O.J., toast or pancakes that sort of thing.
I would say fibrous food - corn flakes for example. With fruits also if possible. Plz avoid junk food like honey buns, donuts etc .
Hello Keithold,
Thank you for the intelligent question.
I do not have children but if I did, I would give them something to warm their tummy during these cold days like some Irish Oatmeal and if they were really good, I would throw a handful of chocolate chips on top.
something nutrious and healthy. Like oatmeal and toast and orange juice,i think.
Whole grain bread toasted with peanut butter, orange juice, applesauce, oatmeal - all their favorites!
Fresh fruit, eggs, milk, cereals.
When I was younger I used to always go to bed at 9:00 and get up at 6:30 which is 9::30 sleep which is quite good and if you have 8-10 hours sleep you will want a more filling breakfast, toast is best. It is filling and healthy if you don't soak it in butter. However, if you have more than 10 hours sleep. You will probably not want anything and get a wierd feeling which makes you not want to eat. Okay Just give them toast or shredded weat or something with grains in it.
