Hope that every military in the world would do the same.

Nice thought, but the bad guys would just run over everyone else. Many countries have the draft, you join or you die. quitting is not an option.

Service to the country is no joke to some of our fine Military personnel they wouldn't quit.

That's an interesting question. We'd probably be able to pay the national debt off rather quickly. Small nations all over the world would no longer be destabilized for American corporate interests. On the other hand, Taiwan and South Korea would be quickly turned into provinces of China if no one else took our place. We might eventually lose Alaska and Hawaii to someone, but the mainland would be safe. We'd be more trouble for an occupier than we'd be worth.
