I have a standard poodle. I love her more than anything in the world. I feel that people should only breed dogs to maintain breeds and only if they're breeding for healthy animals. After those breeds, who are in rescues and shelters, find homes, only then should they breed in large numbers again. Breeds can become extinct. Crosses cannot, therefore, I don't think anyone should be breeding mutts. This goes for "designer dogs" too.
