Which one is longer a lunar or solar year?

A lunar calendar that I know of has 13 months with about 28 days in each one. So it's really about the same.

A lunar month is 29.5 days and 12 of those equals 354 lunar days. A solar year is 365 days. So, the answer is a solar year.
