Would you accept a promotion at work if it meant a 20% raise over 5 years but you would have to move to a different city, change your work hours and take on much more responsibility?

    If it were a significant amount, moving costs were covered, and a job that will be around in five years, yeah, I probably would.

    I would accept it if I'd be doing something I really enjoyed and/or felt passionate about. I can increase my pay 15% right now by just working one day a week more but I'm so incredibly bored at my job that I'm having a hard time adding another day even for the additional money!
