yes I am. There are several occasions people brand you based on yoru opinions and advertise. Even friends does that. I hate it.

I think all advertising is false to the point that they do not include a lot of the 'fine print'. The point is to get you to buy etc. Very seldom are the disadvantages and shortcomings of the product, etc. advertised along with the hype. Even the drug industry has the 'fine print' said so fast that no one can remember and often not understand the words that are mumbled. And, yes, I certainly have!!!!!!!!!! But the standards of proof are such that it is very hard to prove. The falsehood has to be very explicit and easily proven.
