Depends on the stranger, the circumstances, whether the payment offer was made in cash, check, gold or other commodity ... and on the kiss that was expected. There's only one woman I kiss "like I mean it" ... because with her, I mean it. No one else gets those kisses, for any price. (As if someone's going to offer.)
