Also note that there is a little lock on the bottom of your browser when you are on the page to enter your credit card. That tells you the site is using SSL(secure connection).

  • Yes! I live in a smaller city where retail stores are limited so shopping online has become a necessity. I keep a credit card with a very small limit (under $500) for those purchases.
  • I use Pay Pal if Possible. If not I use a debit card from a bank account I keep very little money in. If it gets stolen they are only going to get a few hundred bucks.

  • No, never have and never will
  • Yes, I do for the purchase of airline tickets.
  • Yes, I buy merchandise from Amazon, and the only time you have to give them the numbers is the first time you buy anything. Next time you do not have to give them the number, because it is already in their system. I do the same thing with other company's. Only have to give it to them is the one time. To be sure you are on a secure site, look at the address, it will have https at the start. The S means it is secure. Also look for a padlock on the page, sometimes it is on the top of the page, after the address, but it depends which browser you are using, and the number browser, like windows ie-7 or 8, will be on the page someplace. Good Luck.
  • I do not own a credit card but I do use my debit card online but only in places I know like Amazon.com.
