Of course! You don't need money to excercise or to change your eating pattern. You can eat healthy for the same money as it takes you to eat unhealthy. In most cases you will have to eat less anyway.

Eat a balanced diet, then eat less, and it will actually save you money! Combine that with daily walks at a decent rate, throw in cardio three times a week, and you will be on your way!

Sure, you only pay for reinforcement! someone to get you to do something!

I can't afford that person, so I'm gaining weight.

Quite the opposite, the money you save from buying less food is like getting paid to lose weight.

Yes you can. Walking, swimming, jogging, running. Anything you can put your mind to without paying a dime. Cutting down on food is another helpful way to lose weight. You don't have to let go of your favorite foods just cut down and eat in moderation.

As a matter of fact, it is possible to lose weight by paying yourself money. It's called eating less, exercising more.

You eat more fruits and vegetables, less meat and bread, you walk at least a mile every day, or equivalent, and watch your self lose weight, and your savings get larger.

Definitely. If you need support there's Overeaters Anonymous Meetings - free. Form your own support group. Online support groups too.
    .
Eat more vegetables and less fats and carbs - you may actually SAVE money.
    .
Run, walk, do calisthenics, situps, push-ups -

ride a bike, do your own chores (gardening, car wash, house painting) -

go to library and borrow books on weight loss, nutrition, fitness and exercise...

I'm having some of this lately too. Wanna be workout friends? I can't do it alone, no motivation. I know what I need to do, but don't do it.
