when i wake up, i never fully arouse myself before i have to jump into the day's activities, it's always a rush. so as soon as i get home from work everyday, the minute i sit down my whole body stops and it feels like everything just slows down and i pick up where i left off in the morning before everything started. for about an hour after i get home i could just fall right to sleep, unless i have something important to do (like cooking, cleaning, making sure the kids don't tear the house down... ya know), which I usually do.

Right after I hit the snooze button to get out of bed in the morning. Two dogs and two cats sleep on both sides of me. When I wake up it's so warm I just do not want to get out of bed. I feel so loved with them snuggled up beside me. My big yellow cat Pipsqeak (correct spelling there) will walk up my body to my face and start rubbing my face with his. I feel at peace.
