  • It depends on a number of things. 1. The families of those who passed away. [They may or may not press charges.] 2. The state. [If that bully lived in a larger city, probably not, because that city is less likely to be relgious, tight-knit, and less shocked by the happening. Where as a smaller town (like the one I am in), would be shocked as they are so tight-knit, old fasioned, and quite religious.] 3. The bully situation(s). [What type of bullying was going on- this would have some impact should there be a case on it.] 4. Age/Gender. [Age(s)/Gender(s) of the bully and those who died.] 5. Mentality. [Those who died; were they known for depression? If so, then it might be decided that it was not the bullying itself that was to blame.] Its all very iffy, but it could go either way- all depending on a number of factors.
  • The bully should be held accountable. Not sure if any are though.
