  • You could have a food allergy or the beginnings of IBS.
  • The most common causes of chronic stomach bloating are irregular digestive processes which produce gases at a much higher rate than normal. Sudeen bloating is often caused by a rapid increase in fiber from vegetables, fruits and beans. If this is the cause of your bloating, you might ease up on these foods and reintroduce them more gradually into your diet. Alternatively, persevere and the bloated feeling should pass within a matter of days. for other options: http://www.womenfitness.net/stomach%20_bloating.htm
  • I am always bloated no matter what I do and I can't get a job working with others because I need to be near a bathroom at all times and have embarrassing gas. I was diagnoised with ibs and given pills to help with my problem but nothing has worked.
  • There are a wide variety of possible answers. Your starting point should to be to see a doctor about this. If it is IBS, it could be resolved through diet or medication. It could also be something very serious. If there is an history of liver disease, hepatitis in your family, or if you drink to much alcohol, it could be something called Ascites which is a build up of fluid inside the body cavity. I'm not a doctor, but I would recommend seeing one to be safe.
  • Salty foods are known to cause bloat.
  • I'd still think it was most likely food allergy, possibly wheat or diary. Try checking out a book called the False Fat Diet. It's amazing what some foods do to us. And this book lays it out clear and simple.

  • you just need a good fart

I had a horrible time with it, i had a condition what they call is vovulous, (spelling) basically my colon and intestines would twist and kink up. I have had surgery and never had a problem since. I really hope you get to the bottom of your problem.
  • Do you feel bloated no matter what you eat or the amount. Do you feel like a beached whale when you lay down most of the time. A dull ache and discomfort which seems to last forever that your almost afraid to eat anything? If this is the case you could have had what I had 2 years ago. Two things were wrong 1. I was taking in too much dairy. 2. My system could not take carbonation. Cure I cut my dairy intake in half and stopped drinking any drinks that were carbonated. Since I did this I have never felt bloated again.
  • Most often, chronic negativity, being around negative people, and being miserable. Otherwise, it's foods like peppers and cruciferous vegetables. I also get bloated from eating TV dinners. I don't know why my dad likes that crap. Sometimes, I get bloated for being hungry and not eating. I have AS, SCA3, BPD, scoliosis, schizotypal personality disorder. But I hate my digestive system, more than any of these.
  • A myriad of possibilities--physical, emotional, even psychological--can contribute to belly bloat. My current problem is 60% due to negative emotions, 20% due to poor diet (I'm not eating enough, and what I eat is not always healthy), 20% due to poor sleep (more due to noise than anything else).
  • I suffered from stomach bloating for years. None of the doctors I went to were able to give me any answers. Finally, an alternative health care provider found evidence of a Candida infection. Candida is a naturally occurring bacteria in your intestines. Without it you would die. But certain conditions can cause it to overgrow the other flora in your gut. When this happens an infection results. Since it is supposed to be there it is very hard for traditional medical professionals to detect. People who suffer from this most frequently complain of gas and bloating. However, other common symptoms include constipation, diarrhea, chronic sinus infections, migraine headaches and extreme fatigue. If this sounds like what you are experiencing, you may want to investigate this further. You can get some good information at this site: www.BloatedBellyHelp.com
