Assuming that you were already in your lane, on the street you turned onto, if they rounded a corner after you, they are at fault. 99% of the time, if you are hit in the rear of your car, it is automatic that the driver in the back is at fault, as there is common sense involved, that they should have seen you. If they were turning the corner, they should have seen you and stopped. however, without more explicit information (did they come from the same corner as you, do they have a stop sign, were you in your lane? did you turn into the far left lane, or the right... etc) it's hard to give you a more specific answer. good luck!
