  • Well it's apparently a 'crime' but you have a point, I'm not exactly sure who the victim is. Maybe the 'spirit' body? But, c'mon, i think I'd be horrified if I knew it had happened to someone in my family - how shocking would that be? So yeah, think the victims are the relatives. Good question
  • --------------------> I DONT KNOW WHY ANY ONE FUCK A DEAD PERSON THEY ARE ALL FUCK UP PEOPLE ;-{
  • Well in order to get to the corpse you would have to be in the cemetery after hours which would be trespassing then you would need to dig up the body which the family or friends of the deceased paid good money to have buried. So in that sense they would be the victims. Even if this person was a transient or a criminal who died in prison and was buried in a potter's field somebody somewhere had to pay for the burial even if only paying the hourly wages of the crew to do the digging let alone an actual billable service. On the emotional side the family and friends are also victims as it is desecrating the grave of their deceased loved ones.
  • Not if you get maggots in your balls.
  • lol! no, there is a victim, they are just dead.
  • Of course there's a victim,the respect we all have as humanity for the dead. Imagine a young girl 12 years old,just dead after a fall or accident,the parents are weeping and some guy starts fucking her lifeless body. This is the image that is Necrophilia as Somnophilia is the same thing,except it's warmer,and we consider that as rape - so YES,victim. And finally when we say CRIME,often there are victims. I love and practice Somnophilia on my sleeping wife as much as I can,she loves it.But if she were lifeless I could not,my dreams would transform into nightmares for life!

In and of itself is a victimless but it victimizes other people besides the corpse. A corpse is not a person any longer, it cannot be harmed or benefitted.
  • I don't have an opinion but it reminds me of a fella I used work with in a factory who was formerly an undertaker. When I asked him WHY he got OUT of the business, he replied he couldn't handle having to deal with the bodies of children. When anyone asked WHY he got INTO that business, he would smile a little and say, "For the sex!" (I think he was kidding, that it was actually good money).
