  • you could get some sleeping tablets or liquid and then check the box to see what age you have to be to take them but if it doesnt say call your GP or doctor
  • Exercise. I believe you meant "hyper," as in "hyperactive," not "hypo," as in "hypodermic."
  • you can buy soothing bath oils for babies and toddlers. You can find that in the baby section of any store. Give them a warm bath before bed with the soothing oil and it'll help calm them down. I have a 5 yr old who hates bedtime and what I do with her is about half hour before bed, we sit down and read books together. This helps to calm her down b/c it relaxes her and she falls alseep much easier than if I was to just out her in bed w/out a story or two first.
  • FIRST: Do NOT give them anythng with sugar after 6 PM ... that includes candy and most juices ..water will do just fine. 2nd .. see that they get some more exercise in the evening like some running races etc ..playing ball where they have to exert themselves ... Then ; when bedtime comes ..they will be worn down .. Good Luck +5
