Yes, the pill or any of the contraceptives are not %100 effective, there is always a chance that you can get pregnant.

Yep, even if it's done correctly there's a small chance. That chance goes through the roof for a while if you miss a dose as your body will release tons of eggs all at once. The chance for multiple babies raises significantly if that happens as well.
