Sorry, OldManUk, it looks we are all "knocked out" by this one! :) I gave both Google and Wikipedia a tickle and got no laughs. :( A reference librarian at your local public library might have resources we don't that would give the answer. Most libraries will even take questions by phone, without a visit. I'm really sorry we didn't do better for you. :(
