Used in a somewhat humorous manner to denote specifically untrue, offensive, or very poorly communicated answers. NOT used to denote answers of opposing viewpoints. NOTE FROM ROTTWEILER: Yes, I came up with this term, and I really would not appreciate improper use of it. Use it within its definition, and we're good. EXAMPLES: That's an ATAC if I've even seen one. ATAC pl0x? Let the personal ATACs begin.
