  • Maybe a fair amount but, as soon as you eat the body will store your food as fat as it goes into 'emergany mode' so its pointless bothering..also its very dangerous to do that to the body and not recommened at all..
  • You can lose 1/2 pound to 2 pounds a day on a water fast. When you break the fast you will need to break it as long as you were on it. So 30 fasting will mean 30 days of reintroducing easily digestible foods in the form of fruits and vegetables into your body slowly, and that will keep you from gaining the weight back. May I suggest you eat watermelon, soaked prunes and softened raisins for breakfast. For dinner try steaming fresh squash, green beans, cauliflower or any raw veggies you prefer, this will make it easier for your tummy to digest. You will know what makes you feel good. DO NOT eat steak or spicy foods the first day back, instead build toward those foods slowly so that by the end of your 30 day fast break your body can break them down, otherwise you will make yourself sick. You will do better with light exercise and light weights after breaking the fast, this is to help build muscle and speed metabolism. Again, listen to your body and take it SLOW. Fasting is very healthy if done while well informed and with caution.
  • u will lose but few , and its difficult becase u will starv your self 4 nothing if really want to lose weight then eat right and excersice . eat from every thing but less . walk or run 4 half an hour or hour a day . dont eat anything after 6 pm , if u ever felt hungry while that time then eat a fruit , veggies , drink fresh juices , smoothies without sugar , water . after fasting eat salads , grilled chicken . etc ..
