Go to the Slums where there's a mini market and the people have junky houses, go to the top-right corner of the screen where there's a light, and that's where Aeris' house is.

You need to go to the Sector 5 Slums (I think Aerith leads you there after you saved her from the church). There are a lot of houses here but Aerith's is the one with the light by the door iirc. You'll know it when you see it because it has a huge garden.
