  • If he felt bad then yeah, you're being mean. Tell him the truth.
  • Did he really break your door? If he did then he needs to fix or replace it. If he did not break your door, and you told him that, then it will add more problems of distrust in your relationship. Stay away from him till you both cool off. Tell him next time he slams the door of your car, he will not be allowed in your car for a week. Then stick to your guns. + 5
  • Its kind of funny. It sadly feels really good after getting in an argument and then that person does something that makes them feel bad about it. ( even if they didnt actualy do anything)
  • Well, your ploy worked, but what are you gonna do next time? Stop the cause not the effects.
  • I don't think its mean. I think it is not a good move at all though. It will probably come back to bite you in the butt.
  • So you lied to him about it? What other things do you lie to him about?
  • A little bit. It would probably be better for you to just tell him that you hate it when he slams the door when he's mad rather than lie and make him feel like he broke something when he didn't.
  • Yes and childish.
  • It's my experience that anything less than honesty is not healthy for a relationship
  • Lying is never good, and you;re being immature. Work out the argument by talking to him, not with petty jabs. And since your door isn't really broken, you'll have some explaining to do next time he sees your car.
  • yeah.!! come on, dont play head games. it is so unattractive when people play head games. and i thought you were a hottie. you just dropped a level on the hottie scale.
  • Sort of.. but it should bring home the idea that he's not to slam. Sounds like a lover's quarrel. Give him some advice from Ec. Refrain from busting stuff, it's just more to fix once the storm subsides yo... ;)
  • If that's how you really react, it's no wonder he gets that mad at you. Maybe you should stop with the mind games.
