The wealth of the Vatican doesn't come from money that can be distributed. It comes from the power of the position of the pope which is distributed in the service of the church throughout the world. The art and buildings are the result of centuries of the work of people which serve as history of the church. I don't think they would be valued highly by those who aren't interested in religion. Therefore, my answer is no.
