Neither actually. The grass is no more or less greener on the other side than it is on your side. It's just an optical illusion that too many find out too late about when they wake up and realize the truth that the grtass is exactly the same as what you had just in a different backyard this time.

I have been in the stay at home mom side of the fence and unless you are vulnerable to cabin fever the grass is truely greener there... there is so much more job satisfaction than 95%+ of americans working in standard jobs have.
