  • This sounds like insomnia to me. I say you should talk to a doctor about it, and hopefully they can prescribe a medication that will help you fall to sleep. But little things that you can try is buying a mattress cover -- a lot of times it's the mattress that keeps people awake. Also, make sure it's as dark as possible in the room. I hear that drinking warm milk before you go to bed helps you sleep. If you sleep with another person -- boyfriend, husband, what have you, try sleeping by yourself.
  • There are several different solutions to your problem. The first being before you even begin to need to go to sleep you need to make sure that you turn off, or down the lights in your house. Make sure you are not doing anything mind engaging before going to sleep, such as reading a book, or television, just sit/ or lay down and relax for at least an hour before you need to fall asleep. Further more, if you are having trouble staying asleep you may want to go to your local doctor and discuss. You may have one of many sleep disorders, including sleep apnea which can keep you awake, or wake you up constantly as you are not getting enough oxygen. The other option is using over the counter medicines, I would personally recommend Benadryl or a generic, which is used to treat allergies, but is also the same ingredient in a higher dosage, of most sleep aides.
  • I think you should call a doctor or something, but PLS PLS don´t get pills. THey will only get you worse. You know Marilyn Manroe died of them ;) Well, I think you should take a day of or something. Get well restet OR do something so boring that makes you fall asleep. Don´t consentrate on something, it would make you so curious that you don´t want to sleep.
  • You need to see a sleep specialist. Not sleeping can kill you.
  • Are you drinking/eating anything that might decrease your sleepiness, like coffee? You might also try to do something that makes you sleepy, like watching political broadcasts.
