What is the state law for trailer parks on what renters can have and not have.like fire pits.park is 2 miles outside city limits

    there are a few state laws governing safety and such but normally that is common sence things.

    basically each trailer park has its own rules and regulations to follow, to get a list talk to the owner or realestate agent you are working with to pick up the rules and regulations, its a good thing for a lawyer friend to review them first before you move in.
