  • Chill haze is a cloudiness that forms in some beers do to tannin proteins in the beer. Some beers will be clear at room temperature but will develop a haze when refrigerated. This cloudy beer isn't anything that affects the taste of the beer and is only something that can be detected by your eyes not your mouth. To eliminate chill haze use Polyclar or justs drink your beer out of a ceramic stein or stainless steel keg.
