Well, you certainly qualify to be a COAT and we could use one with a COAT of carbon. But, it's not just about up-rating. It's about anti-trolling. Sometimes people get downrated because they deserve it, but I'm sure that you already consider that. Please let one of us know if that is what you would like.

Do you investigate the situation and think about it before doing uprating or do just do it by rote when you see a DR?

After reading the responses above, i think i might possibly almost understand what a COAT may be, but maybe not. Other wise..uprate away CaRbOnPrOdUcT a Carbon Product COAT.

Don't know about the coat thing -guess you can if you have a chill. I actually invite DRs as long as they explain the why. Many of the things I write I am tempted to DR myself but at least I know and would state the reason. It's the little piss {excuse me for that} , I mean urine ant that work their little slams under the cover of darkness that there is no excuse for. +9,685 - Sorry, I tried, how about +5

No. There's more to being a COAT than reversing a down rate.

As long as you up for the responsiblity and have I think a 96 or higher at ratings given, at least at level 20, and don't downrate people for no reason.
