  • A rex is a kind of a rabbit, like a nertherland dwarf or a holland lop. They are a medium sized rabbit with reletivly short fur, long ears that do not lop, and large, beautiful eyes.
  • Rex are a medium sized, "commercial" type breed, but truly are an "all purpose" breed, and are bred for showing, pets, and the commercial industry, too. What sets them apart is their fur. It's unbelievably soft and well, it's softer than I can say. They come in many colors and patterns but all in that unique short dense fur. Maybe you can see the fur quality in these photos.
