I am not aware that one exists. Mixing music well is not a simple task, and even if you did come across a very good sound editor that is completely Web-Based, it still would not do all the work for you (like it seems you are shooting for). I would recommend you invest in a copy of "Mixmeister". I use it occasionally to get a feel for how tracks will sound together, and how they are structured so that I can better perform them live. You can create a decent beat-matched mix without a whole lot of effort with this software...but expect to have to work at it a bit.
