i would have to say USA cause they have to know the flag song, know the language before even try to come then you got to have the green card on top of that and no felonies.

USA. Canada is almost second coz you need to learn their first language actually, French. But tougher in US.. even though you'r ein INS isn't helping immigrants.. hehe

well people in Australia are all racist about asian immigrants. but USA because they get the most immigrants.

The UK has tough immigration laws on non EU citizens. The UK's boarder control has become a lot tougher in recent years. I would say the USA because you have to get prints taken and your passport stamped but if the USA was strict then why do they let so many mexicans in.
