Canada and the U. S. have so much in common, same language and culture, etc. Do you think Canada will some day become part of the United States?

possibly, but why risk the assimilation of Canadian culture? I say preemptive strike! what have we got to lose? Maple Syrup, faux bacon, and about half the world's hockey fans? Oh well.

No, thank you. USA can remain our neighbour to the south. Canada and America together would just be....well, wrong...I love Canada and I love America, but SEPARATELY.

I don't think so. 2 countries are better than 1. They have 2 votes in UN! Besides, Quebec would prefer to be part of France rather than USA! +4

I don't see why that would be necessary. The two countries seem to get along fine as they are.
