Can a company/ business deny me entry due to a felony conviction? and where can I find this information? I feel like my rights are being violated here.

Of course they can. Everyone has the right to choose. And businesses have the right to choose who will work for them. The 'Right to Work' can only be found in the old Soviet Constitution.

Basically, a company is private property and they decide what is and isn't acceptable. If they've decided that what you've done is against their business interests, then they have every right to keep you out.
