  • The one and only thing I miss about non-digital is sometimes it was fun to get a roll of film developed and not know what is going to come out of it. So many times I would lose a disposable camera and then find it like a year later and have so much fun looking through the pics i totally forgot about.
  • Compared to all the duff pictures that used to come back from the chemists/developer, digital lets you see right away what the picture is like. So no wasting time and money getting the pictures done again.
  • If you are talking about digital SLRs compared to 35 mm SLRs the differences are minor. Some will tell you the color quality may be a little different {better?} in film photography. Having said that most people are not shooting digital SLR's but they are getting the convience of point and shoots. I believe with the last few years progress in digital most people can't tell the difference. +5
