i am with you on this one. Many animals live in herds etc, as we human live in families. Within animal groups, some could be father, mums, kids or other relatives. When people decide to eat, let us say a fish, pork, chicken, that animal could be a father, a loving husband, little kid, or a loving relative. When people eat animals, don’t they feel their actions would wreck an animal family.

I think you would be a more effective vegetarian if you were more tolerant. I am also a vegetarian, but when you say you "hate all meat eaters," you do more harm than good. Meat eaters will become defensive and angry which will cause them to not listen to anything else you say. If you are nonjudgmental and informative in a non confrontational way, some of them may listen to *why* you have chosen vegetarianism and choose it too. Just look at PETA, while they have good intentions (mostly), they are so offensive and pushy that people write them off as crazy extremists and the good parts of their message don't get taken seriously. I respect people's rights to CHOOSE how they are going to live their life. I try to educate people that I know and offer information in non pushy ways, with a "take it or leave it" attitude. I am not the slightest bit offended if somebody else eats meat, it is their choice. While this may seem ineffective, many of my friends have gone from making fun of me, to being curious, to becoming vegetarians as well. Remember, most of us were meat eaters at some time.

Utterly indifferent. Animals are not innocent and do not have that concept. There are animals who eat other animals and there are animals that are eaten by other animals. Humans happen to be animals that eat other animals. That humans can choose to eat other than other animals is a human choice. Of course, we all kill vegetables to eat...even non-human animals kill vegetation to eat. Where does it stop?

Plants are alive. They live, grow, die, produce offspring... Yet it's OK to exploit seeds to plant, control and harvest? But it's not OK to do that to a chicken? The logic is invalid.

How do I feel? Like a sad panda I guess. It really is a silly thing to hate. Meat eaters keep the plant eaters in check. If we didn't exist, the plant eaters would quickly overpopulate and demolish the food supply, and mass starvation death would occur, as well as a stunted evolutionary process since they would no longer have to become faster, smarter, more clever creatures. Earth would be a boring planet populated by species who would all be the equivalent of cows. You can keep Cow Planet, I like having meat eaters in the mix.

I think it's probably good, because "innocnt" animals for all I know, could be very dangerous and in need of killing. The hater is doing an injustice to the brave "innocnt animals" killers everywhere, and should instead be thanking them for their protection.

Just kinda mellow, I've seen that sentence allot. But hey, either some farm harvests them and kills them un-painfully or a predator of the wild gets them and tears them apart with their teeth. That's always a fun thought, but honestly I don't think of animals as much of innocent, I don't kill them but I accept the fact their apart of the ecosystem and food chain.

I hate both meat and plant eaters, and I am being honest. I think those words are kind of self-righteous and funny even. Funny, because you souond as though you are on top of society woith your beliefs, well let me take it one step further. I am a member of a community in Pennsylvania and it is our belief that it is wrong to kill plants as well as animals. We live on milk and milk-byproduct diets as well as metallic vitamins and even earthen clays to absorb toxins that we breathe in. Some of us will eat fungii, though I do not. Anything harvested without undue harm to the host provider. Placenta we can eat as a byproduct of animal birth and it is our main source of protein, but only if the mother mammal does not eat it for post-birth nutrition burst. We have animals, though we don't eat them. And I don't hate people for what they eat. I was just trying to grab back you attention with a twist using your question's wording. How do my words make you feel?

Well, you're entitled to your opinion, of course. If you choose to not eat meat, that's fine. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do have vegetarian friends. None of them give me any problems for eating meat, just as I don't give them any grief for NOT eating it. By the way, most mammals are meat eaters....do you give grief to animals who eat other animals? We are, by nature, carnivorous creatures. Now, would you like the medium or medium well?

Buddha once said "It is better to eat meat then to chastise another for eating it". (Or something like that. I paraphrase.) I am a lifetime Vegetarian. Never even tasted it. Personally, I would never eat something with a face, but I am not about ready to judge others for doing so.

Need to be more toreable of others peoples choices or opinions. I hated to find all these I would call strange dishes to dream up for this one guy I was with that is a Vegan but hey, that was his thing. No meat or products containing animal stuff at all. Liked him a lot just wasn't down with his way so yeah I ate and cooked meat for myself and never tried to let him know what he was missing from my eyes. He wasn't of the same opinion about his Vegan ways so he heard the words "Kiss my ass" a lot when he would say things like hating meat eaters.

I'd have to say I agree with Carlos Mencia. I eat meat because I am a responsible human, worried about our planet, cows produce methane gas and methane gas is creating a hole in the ozone. That hole is causing global warming. Vegitarians you eat plants. Plants give off the chemical that creates the air that we breath, they help take care of some of that methane gas. Therefore I eat the problem You eat the solution!!

Most human meat eaters are not really aware of the suffering involved in producing the meat. Or they imagine that this suffering is not real. As for those who kill animals, they probably got used to it. There are a lot of justifications to be found. In this sense, I don't hate meat eaters. It is a choice of life to be a vegetarian, and to avoid killing animals. But many people are still not able to take that choice, and I won't force them to do it. Many animals are also meat eaters, and I don't hate them either. I think that animal right activism should not generate this kind of hate.

lol ok if that is the speakers opinion they are entitled to it however i really dont get how killing an animal humanely and for food is wrong in anyway. the majority of animals do this to others anyway. Plus plants are a living organism and even more innocent than animals so unless that person lives on milk and water (both have innocent micro-organisms living in them) they are a hypocrite really.
