The eye of the beholder

If it "speaks" to the beholder....and it "says" what the artist wanted it to say. I've seen some "art" that looked like it was slapped together in a hurry, bent out of shape, left out in the rain, blasted with a shotgun and then put on display and called "enigmatic". That's not art in my humble opinion. That's <a rude word.>
