GURPS, far and away. I like Shadowrun too, but it's a little more limited since it already has it's own world whereas the GU in GURPS stands for "Generic Universal" which allows the GM to make their own world in any genre with any mix of tech, magic, and whatever else they desire.

My favorite role playing game is my own life. Honestly, I am not a fan of video games. I never really was. Maybe I just find life too ineresting.
