It wouldn't be a house at all. It would be a VW minibus with psychadelic murals painted on the sides, and a ratty old couch strapped to the top. Ah... My dream home on the road.

A big kitchen, a music room, a bookshelf in every room, at least two bathroom, a place where I can display my stuffed toys, a place for pets to play though they would be allowed in the entire house, a computer room. . .ahhhh. . .and a bed room for every person that lived there. . .

small, just enough room for myself.

A purple wood paneled cottage with white trim and lots of pink roses in the front. Ivies would climb up the sides. It would have wooden floors, white marble countertops, antique hardware and lighting, a pedestal bathtub, and lots of fireplaces. It would be complete with fancy furniture, including a chaise lounge covered in velvet, a record player, and a library. The back would have a porch with swing overlooking a large pond surrounded by weeping willows. On the other hand that all sounds a little silly so I'll go with a nice big studio apartment with no walls and exposed brick.

I would love to have a 4 bedroom log house. It would have lots of large windows and a couple of large decks to view the great scenery. It would have one of those fireplaces that are built between two rooms. To top it all off it would have a really great indoor pool. (In reality I would just love to have any house to call my own, but due to supporting /caring for elderly parent (on both sides) plus a kid, we can't afford one).

A big log cabin...I found a floor plan I love in an old issue of a log cabin magazine. http://www.nevilog.com/homes/showhome.asp?home_no=41 There's a link to it! I would put it in Montana somewhere with some beautiful mountain views!

On a high hill overlooking a valley on my big ranch. It would have a large open area in the middle of the home with a hooded pit type fireplace. The dining and kitchen area would be all open, with a big table for having great dinners with friends. My patio area would be big, I am not sure of the word but like the big Mexican haciendas where there is sort of a courtyard with plants and stuff surrounded by a low rock fence.
