Where is the fuel filter located on a '98 honda accord, 2.3L VTEK ? What does it look like ? How often is it suggested to be changed?

it is located under the car by the back right hand wheel well

This is just a guess but an edicated one but most likely i think it is under the hood on the back firewall near the passenger side.

The only fuel filter on your Honda is in the fuel tank. You have to remove the fuel sender unit from the tank. This is accessed by removing the panel under the spare tire. The suggest service is to measure the fuel pressure with the fuel pressure regulator disconnected and the vacuum line pinched. If the pressure is below 47-54 PSI the filter should be replaced. Hope this helps
