Yes. Not judging others can be fatal. Eventually folks like Madoff or Ted Bundey would destroy us. We have to, eventually. Most of those who hide behind the "only God Judges" moniker, are usually trying to avoid responsibility.

Yes. Society has established norms (laws) to protect individual rights from being trampled by other individuals or groups of individuals (including businesses). That's why there are courts.

Yes, in the legal aspect. If criminals weren't judged for their actions and made to take responsibility for their actions; we would have more crime, rip-offs, etc.
