Peanut butter - don't you hate hate to stir it? Is there any difference between hydronenated (no stir) and just plain peanuts?

I don't mind stirring it. I've got a spatula blade knife that I just stick in the new jar and after about 2-3 minutes, it's done. I don't like other peanut butter because of all the things they add to it, like so much sugar and even more oils.

I prefer to keep the peanuts in the house in a seal tight baggie, and just throw a few in the grinder every once in awhile for fresh peanut butter.
