No way..With an underwire bra you'd look fetching. You don't have to be top heavy. I can't tell you how I dig that look.

Hi Suzie, you could wear the tops with Mandarin collar (Asian style) very well, along with dresses that cover your bust but are sleeveless and/or open in the back. If you want to wear low-cut dresses and are self-conscious about your small size, buy a really good quality padded cup bra. You may also want to try one with the halter style, as they have extra side support which will enhance the look you are going for. Don't be afraid to experiment to find what you feel best in. Above all be yourself, and don't feel imperfect due to specific physical traits. No matter what your body type, some will find you very appealing! Just be yourself.

You should feel lucky because if you had a larger bust you would be taken as classless than classy in a low cut shirt..believe me I know..

Being completly confident with your body and no just because you have a small bust you shouldnt avoid low cut dresses. Alot of guys like it. Victoria secret has some good push up bras. They have some ones that have clear removable straps that you can place where ever you want and its can help give you an extra bust.

Not at all! Personally... I think that women with small busts look much better in low cut dresses than those with big busts - it can often look pretty trashy with a big bust. You can wear it and still look very classy and sexy at the same time. I think the most flattering look for a woman with a small bust would be a strapless dress which is slightly gathered, empire line dress, even a bustier.. and actually, plunging v-neck low cut dresses are very, very flattering for small chests too! Probably one of the best looks =) Don't avoid the low cut just because you are smaller than some =) You will look great =)
