  • You need to stop over eating too, or you just tone muscle under your belly fat.
  • 2 to 3 months of intense training.
  • Crunches won't make your stomach flat. You have to do cardio to get rid of all the fat that's covering the muscles underneath.
  • 1oo crutches a day i think it will ber gone by 2 months but you will see results fast
  • You can't spot-reduce the fat - it comes off all over the body. And the waistline is often the last place, unfortunately. It seems like I once read that a 150-lb person has to climb about 4 feet to lose a calorie, so if a crunch lifts about half of your weight about one foot, that's 8 crunches per calorie. You have to burn 3500 calories, which is 28000ish crunches, to lose one pound. So you have to move your whole body - walk or run (100 cal per mile) to burn off fat and maintain muscle. (If you don't maintain muscle, when you gain weight back, it'll go on as fat instead of muscle.)
  • Swim. Walk in the water for an hour with the water being up to your neck. Get on a machine that let's you bend backwards and stretch the underlying muscles that way, and above all, make sure you are eating correctly and burning fat. Don't eat, white flour, sugar, too much fat and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Good luck.
