HArd to snswer without someone deducting points. Yankees been around longer, but also won more hampionship than any other team. Mets had some good times, but they just don't have money to compete. Perhaps the best team is the richest one, but then that doesn't explain alone why Yankees spend do much and still can't win. Best, well maybe yes maybe no, depends on criteria. What people like is another story.
