Yes you can it is up to the landlords discretion if they want to evict you or not. In this case in your lease if you have one their is probably some type of clause that states no illegal activities.
depends on what the lease says, and what state.. In most cases they can't evict you until you are convicted. But they could be evicting you on the drugs they were in the rental place, not so much on the arrest..
You can be evicted for cause if the cause caused you to be evicted
