What do you do that scares them away? Be nice and smile. There is someone for everyone so you must be doing something thats scaring them off.

stop looking-no one is drawn to someone who appears "wanting or needy"-the minute you fill your life with friends, and interests someone will want to share those with you.

You say "get a man". Maybe you're trying to get one and not attract one. Are you coming on too strong and scaring them away?? Just wondering.

Just be natural and try not to appear too desperate. A smile and good conversation usually help. I am sure you didn't meant to, but you made it sound like it was something you just HAD to get, along with some groceries! It will happen but usually when you least expect it. Stop trying too hard. :)
