1998 dodge ram seatbelt light on dash stays on after initial computer check with all belts latched the reminder light on the dash wont go off any one know the cause thanks jd

dodge ram 1500, gauges flashing. brakes lights, and engine light on, now rpm not working right. door locks, temp gauge and on and on.
